WIND, WIND and more WIND! The most solid breeze we’ve seen at the Pond in at least a year (or more!) 10 to 15 knots from the WNW allowed both classes to run LOOOOOOONG courses. Chris Staiger RD’d a fleet of 15 DF95’s before Kerim Baran took over to run 13 IOM’s. Excellent conditions with fun, fast, fabulous racing!






Sunny skies, cool temperatures and southwesterly winds were the order of the day. Vice Commodore of Sail Chris Davidson RD’d both the Solings and the Odoms. The soling were first with surprisingly heavy winds (but with major shifts and holes at the windward end). Results follow:

Keith Ives took top honors in the February 8th TT Event hosted by the Helmsmen Model Yacht Club under sunny skies and very light winds at El Dorado Park. Results and updated Travelers Trophy standings follow:

Our 2026 racing season began with the DF95 Class RD’d by Craig Mackey.
